Villa Noir is a luxurious 5,400 sq ft, fully renovated home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, centrally located in Miami, and surrounded by all that Miami has to offer, from the finest beaches to the hottest nightclubs. The beach as well as the airport are minutes away. Upon arrival at Villa Noir you will find a driveway where you are able to park up to two cars. When you enter Villa Noir you will be greeted with a welcome basket and refreshments. Our stocked bar and blender are available so that you and your guests can craft countless cocktails upon arrival. Once you finish your drink, make yourself at home by enjoying our many amenities including a fully renovated kitchen, comfortable living space, custom art, a gorgeous pool, outdoor lounging area, a pool table, and more. Villa Noir has high-speed Wifi for your convenience. The home comes with a central A/C system to cool you down from the hot Miami sun. The villa has several A/C units, which we upkeep by changing the filters once a month and flushing out the system twice a month as part of our routine maintenance. Please understand that this is a rental and with the constant in and out, our A/C units work much harder than normal. We ask that you be mindful in closing all doors after coming in and out of the home. We will always ensure that the A/C is working prior to your arrival, but if an issue were to arise as a result of doors being left open, we will send someone over as soon as possible. In order to avoid such instances, please be mindful of the advice laid out. The Climate & Bugs Miami has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. The villa is inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month to ensure a pest-free stay. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Here at Dream Villas we offer a full concierge service powered by Our Haus Management, and are able to hire an in-house, private chef for you. Kick back, relax, and enjoy your favorite cuisine. You can request traditional Miami cuisine to get the full experience, enjoy Surf and Turf, and so much more. Otherwise, Miami is home to a great array of unique cuisine and restaurants with incredible locations, all near your villa. Irresponsible Behavior Irresponsible behavior, including threatening or abusive conduct towards the host or neighbors of the house, will not be tolerated. The host will refuse to allow check-in to the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have related to any irresponsible behavior. The host also has full authority to end the guest's stay in the house if there is any case and/or information that assumes the guest(s) have behaved irresponsibly. No refund will be given regarding the cancellation/canceled stay due to irresponsible behavior. The host will not have a further responsibility to the guest once the booking is canceled and or the stay is ended.

July 2022 5.00Overall our stay gets 5 stars. The home is beautiful and a short distance to south beach. We faced some minor inconveniences as the cleaning crew were still there on arrival and incorrect address on the listing (the Airbnb was actually next door). Highly recommend this listing to anyone traveling to Miami, we will definitely be back!

August 2022 3.00Nice place, great design and vibe. Enjoyed the high ceilings and the color schemes. Comfortable seating outside too. There were many small spiders in corners of rooms and bathrooms. The pool table sticks are old and worn and there is no chalk for them. Had a couple things for them to maintenance during our trip which was a little annoying. Overall good place, just wish it was in a better area.

August 2022 5.00Dream Villas was great for a big group to enjoy. It has everything you need pool, space and close enough to win wood and about 15- 20 minutes to south with traffic. We celebrated my friends bachelor party and this place we perfect. We will absolutely stay here again. Our host was great.
